Residential includes 5 email addresses and up to 20 Gb of throughput per month (total upload + total download). 0-500 Kbps, Up to 1 Mbps and Up to 2 Mbps service requires mininum one year contract. Seasonal disconnect service available for $50 fee. Note, router must be returned at the end of service or an additional service charge will apply.

Commercial includes 10 email addresses and up to 20 Gb of throughput per month. (total upload + total download). 1 Meg service and up can include your company’s web hosting based on our SOHO plan. Contract requires, min 1 year. Note, router must be returned at the end of service or an additional service charge will apply.

Each additional Gb is charged at $4 per month.
Connectivity billed quarterly, in advance.
Equipment and labour payable on or before the day of installation.

Custom router programming (QOS, port forwarding etc) available for $75 per event

Taxes extra.
Payable via our online payment centre via credit card (Visa/MasterCard) or via direct bank deposit.
Installation costs can vary and can be negotiated with your installer/dealer directly.
* Note, each subscriber receives a Wi-Fi router router on loan, during the period of the contract.

Note, except for corporations, anyone paying by cheque only must provide post dated cheques for at least 6 months (2 quarters)

From now on, all orders for installation must be accompanied by a credit card for guarantee purposes. A $250 deposit will be held and any differences credided to your account. This charge will only be processed in the case of a cancellation within the period between the order and 30 days after installation. A special authorisation form will be used in the case of credit card charges.

Excess bandwidth is now reduced to $4 per Gig
